Im not sure whats happened, maybe changed owners? Valentinos were always our go to, but the prices have increased, portions have shrunk, stingy on ingredients now and pizzas are no thicker than a pancake, also changed the website so no loyalty points anymore. Time to find somewhere new I think as this has been an issue last 3 or 4 times over last 6 months.

As a regulat customer, im disappointed with tonight's food. No salad on a burger which I asked for, other burgers that had salad there was hardly anything on them. The garlic bread was really really greasy.

I've been ordering at Valentinos for years, everything good but this time the peppers ware miising from the pizza and I found an olive seed on pizza and every time I order I wait an hour. I think I'm gonna change the place I order pizza from.

Food arrived extremely fast chose kebab with naan bread which is an extra 1.50 so £3 as we had two kebabs we didnt get naan instead we received pita under all the kebab meat so was soggy.

Very poor on this occasion. As regular customer for many years quality of my last order was terrible! e.g. pizza was not as ordered (no mushrooms). Kebab chicken wasn’t the normal quality (some of the pieces were too thin). Sincerely hope this is a one off! Takeaway food ain’t cheap nowadays I expect way better from Valentino’s! John

I always liked the kebabs and pizza from here. The last kebab I ordered was a premium one at around £18 delivered. Nothing like it used to be and grease all over the place inside the bag. Spent quite a lot of time cleaning up the mess which defeats the point of paying someone else to cook. Both the quality and quantity was diminished in this case. The delivery person had screaming people in the car playing loud hip hop (which I like) but doesn't come over as professional. I reckon i'm done with the delivery service but will pick up occasionally.
